The staff was really nice and helpful. We arrived a bit late, and the restaurant was already closed; in the surroundings, there was no place to grab some food. However, the staff, June Wang and Su, helped us to order food from outside, and they delivered it to the hotel. If they had not helped us, we couldn't have dinner that day. We could go to rest in the bedroom, and later on, the service robot came to deliver the food. The hotel room was very comfortable and with all of the amenities.

Great Hotel! The hotel has a 24-hour reception which is very handy if you have a late or early flight and still want to check in/out. In China they mostly speak little to no English so everything is done via a translation app also at the airport. Outside of the airport taxi's were waiting, it took me 13 minutes from the airport to the hotel for just 20MBT (€2.55). With me, the ATMs at the airport were closed at night and you can't pay by card in taxis. So do make sure you either withdraw cash here or have euros or other currency with you to exchange money (I did this at a stent for mobile data at the airport arrival). The hotel itself was very good. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and very spacious. The staff were also very friendly, I was helped very well and kindly by the breakfast assistant Li Hongying, and the rest of the team. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive with western but also Chinese dishes to choose from. All in all, a good choice to choose this hotel for an overnight transfer for example.

Good breakfast spread - plenty of options for vegetarians. The size of the room is huge - with a separate sitting room and tea table included! Bed is large and comfortable. Bathroom is clean with toiletries provided.

Staff attitude are helpful & friendly. As we had been allocated to a room that full of smoking smell, staff helped us to change very efficiently. All our minor requests like needing tapes to secure baggage tag, no card for electricity all these, they responded very quick with good manner. Breakfast serving was good, the in-charge was friendly and eager to help. Very good experience!

The bed was super comfortable. Especially after being in Thailand for two months, where the beds are quite hard. The room was big and well equipped with enough towels, toothbrush, water bottles etc. Also super clean and late check in was no problem. The breakfast was beyond good and I wished that I would stay longer than one night. Lots of choice from Western to Chinese options. Fresh noodles (!) The staff were really welcoming and helpful especially Sujiahong (Xièxiè)and the reception boy. They helped me with all my questions and even ordered a taxi for me, although I didn’t had anymore Yan. 谢谢！再见！

Special thanks to June Wang from the front desk. She is incredibly kind and helpful. I had an unexpected stay and booked in the last minute, but everything turned out well thanks to June. The room was nice and clean, but a bit cold. Nothing the AC can’t fix. I usually don’t eat breakfast, but I am glad I didn’t skip it this time, as the selection was just incredible. A big thanks to the sweet Ling Cui Hua (梁翠华) for being so caring and attentive. I’d love to go back again!

The style of the room is very cartoon and kids love to stay. I am so pleased to have the clean and beautiful room with nice toys as well and it makes kids love the room at the first sight. The breakfast has got a wide range of choices and local yummy noddle fresh cooked. We also had the dinner there at one night. The food was great and the staff member (Li Hong Ying) was very nice and friendly and made our visit welcome and enjoyable. We would love to come back when we visit Xiamen next time.
